Services include engineering support, field engineering, repair, overhaul, refurbishment of equipments, logistic support, training, technical data, parts and subassemblies. Services are in support of the AN/UYA-4(V) and AN/UYQ-21(V) systems. BOA will be issued in accordance with FAR 6.201-1 on other than full and open competition basis. Each individual order will designate delivery schedule and terms and conditions. All responsible parties may submit an offer to the agency. Note 22 applies. (0221)
