Evaluation criteria will be as follows: (1) Specialized experience of the firm to perform the work required; (2) Capacity of the firm to perform the work within the established time frame; (3) Past record of performance on Government contracts; (4) Familiarity with the area in which the project is located; (5)Geographic location and facilities of the firm's working offices; (6) Specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project.
