This requirement is for temporary clerical and secretarial services at Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC). All equipment, supplies, materials, samples of work products, and office space necessary to perform the required services shall be provided by AEDC. The contractor shall be the employer for all personnel furnished under this contract and shall provide all required training, insurance, bonding, security clearance, recruiting, transportaion to and from job, and any other items directly related to employment. The contractor shall be responsible for all withholding, health and other benefits, workers compensation, payments and benefits, overhead, and all payroll cost and contributions.
