The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for the professional services of instructors to train and modify an existing BLM course in Hazardous Materials Management for BLM Managers. Instructors must have knowledge and experience with federal and state hazardous materials laws and regulations, federal facility and public land management, public and employee safety, laws governing liabilities and the BLM organization. Information presented must be tailored to BLM's training needs and applicability under RCRA, CERCLA, CWA, CAA, EPCRA and OSHA regulations. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business.
