The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facilities to be constructed in Pattersonville, NY 12137. All sites within the preferred area will be considered; however, sites offered within the following boundaries will receive priority consideration: Centrally located in an area not more than 1/2 mile east or west of the existing post office on Route 5S. Space requirements are approximately 1,753 net interior sq. ft; 13,351 sq. ft. driveway, parking and maneuvering area; and 34,596 sq. ft. total developable site less setbacks. The lease term is for a base of twenty years with four five-year renewal options.
