The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, transportation, incidentals and supervision necessary to provide maintenance and repair services of household appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, free standing stoves, ovens, cook tops, trash compactors, and exhaust hoods), at Navy Family Housing projects in the Long Beach, San Pedro, Seal Beach and Los Alamitos areas, by meas of an indefinite quantity type contract. The base contract term shall be for Fiscal year 1996 (from award date through 30 September 1996).
