The work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and services necessary to complete the repair and replacement of the roofs of Buildings 36, 43, 52, 59, 74, 210, 230, 800, 955, and 1238 at Reese AFB, located 10 miles West of Lubbock, TX. Work shall be performed using the submitted unit prices under an indefinite delivery contract format. The normal operations of the affected buildings shall not be disrupted. Invitations for bids will be issued on or about 25 Aug 95 with a tentative bid opening date of 25 Sep 95. Performance time is one year with a one year option period. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $500,000. A bid guarantee amount of twenty percent (20%) shall be submitted with the bid on the proper form. This is full and open competition, and the Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1761. The related small business size standard is $7 million. Small and small disadvantaged business concerns are encouraged to participate in this request. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
