Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to repair the stairwells at dormitory 905 at Shaw AFB, SC. The repair shall include, but not be limited to, enclosing the existing stairwells using 8'' split-rib cmu, and constructing concrete roof decks, to include all necessary finishes and utilities, including lighting. Performance period is 180 calendar days after Notice To Proceed. This will be a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is being advertised unrestricted. SIC Code 1751 applies. The size standard is $7 million which is a three-year average annual gross revenue. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project is funded with Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Funds. Award is contingent upon the availability of funds in fiscal year 95 or 96.
