The Pricing schedule will include Deductive items. Award is contingent upon Congressional funding/approval. The Magnitude is Over $10 million. Solicitation is Open to both Large and Small Businesses and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. A subcontracting plan will be required from Large businesses. The solicitation package will be available in October. There will be a charge for the package; price still to be determined.
