All existing exit signs will be replaced and installation of reflectors at various buildings at VA Medical Center, Bath, New York in accordance with contract specifications. Work shall be accomplished within 180 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The cost range is from $250,000.00 to $500,000. A refundable bid deposit of $100.00 per each set of drawings and specifications is required. Bid packages are to be obtained from Chief, A&MMS (90C), Argonne Avenue, Bldg. 41, VA Medical Center, Bath, New York 14810. All bids must have a 90 day calendar acceptance period.
