Formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for a five-year Cost-Plus-Fixed- Fee/Level of Effort (PFF/LOE) type contract. This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate on a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) basis. Support required will be technical and engineering support to the Systems Simulation and Development Directorate in performance of its overall mission for the Research, Development, and Engineering Center of the U.S. Army Missile Command. Specifically, support required will be engineering and technical expertise necessary for the design, fabrication, and testing of wind tunnel models and other test hardware, and support in aerodynamic analysis related to missile guidance and flight simulation and analysis of trajectory perturbation efforts. The requirement includes a basic effort and six (6) options thru FY01.
