USACECOM proposes to procure a thirty-six (36) month R&D effort for the design, fabrication, assembly, test, integration, delivery and demonstration of four (4) complete Optical Receiver Systems. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract will be competitively awarded. Due to the sensitive nature concerning the technology and technical requirements involved, the acquisition is classified as SECRET. This classification requires that no foreign sources participate at either the prime or at the subcontractor level in any area requiring access to SECRET information. All contractors possessing a SECRET clearance and are interested in this requirement should forward their ''IN THE CLEAR'' address and cage code number to USACECOM, C4IEW, ATTN: AMSEL-AC-CC-A-CB, Carol Wheeler, Ft.
