B -- PROGRAM AND INTEGRATION SUPPORT II FOR PM CHEMICAL DEMILITARIZATION SOL DAAM01-95-R-0086 DUE 110895 POC Contract Specialist Michael Wilkins (410) 671-3023 (Site Code DAAM01) Program Manager for Chemical Demilitarization requires Contractor Advisory and Assistance Services to support its various mission areas. One competitive solicitation will be issued with five functional area line items for: 1) Program Management and Integration Services, 2) Field Office Services (at each demilitarization site), 3) Environmental Services, 4) Public Affairs Services and 5) Technical Services. Offerors may propose on one or more functional area line items. The Army will make only one award for each of the following functional line items: Program Management and Integration Services, Field Office Services, Environmental Services and Public Affairs Services. If a firm is the successful offeror for two or more functional area line items, the Government will combine those items into a single contract award for that firm. Multiple awards will be made for the Technical Services functional area line item. Award will be made on a best value basis. Evaluation factors will include technical/management, cost and past performance. Award of five year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity task order contracts is anticipated. A pre-solicitation conference will be held in the Chemical Demilitarization Training Facility at the Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland on 24 August 1995 starting at 8:30 am. Performance of the contracts will require a security clearance of up to SECRET.
