The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) intends to negotiate, on a Sole Source basis, with INTERSOLV, INC., for renewal of maintenance for the following software products: EXCELERATOR/DOS (28 copies), EXCELERATOR CUSTOMIZER, XL DESIGN RECOVERY, EXCELERATOR/WIN (10 copies) and EXCELERATOR II (2 copies). The period of performance will be from September 30, 1995 through September 29, 1996. The proprietary software is installed on Agency equipment in the Baltimore area. If there are no affirmative written responses received within 15 days that demonstrate a comparable source more advantageous to the Government, HCFA will proceed with awarding a purchase order to INTEROLV, Inc.
