The preceding includes Meteorological Technical Services. The contractor will provide on-site professional service in chemical downwind hazard predictions using advanced equipment provide by PBCA. Tasks would include determining evaporation rates for various chemicals and diffusion modeling, weather prediction, necessary to minimize risks to workers and the general population. There are nine (9) specific tasks: Weather Prediction; Computer Software Programs,;Severe Weather Analysis; Evaporation Rate coefficient and Diffusion Modeling, Computer Data Evaluation for Consistency; Maintenance and Calibration Requirements; Computer/Computer Software Requirements; Training of Operations Center Personnel (and); Technical Liaison. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. Quantity: One (1) Year plus four (4) Option Periods. The performance site is Pine Bluff Arsenal, Jefferson County, Arkansas.
