Locations.--Work includes, but is not limited to the installation of 2
PAPI Systems at Miami, FL, consisting of 8 lamp housing assemblies,
power & control assembly, ground-to-ground remote radio control and
air-to-ground receiver controller including but not limited to concrete
foundations, cable installationand trenching; installation of a PAPI
System at Evergreen, AL, consisting of 4 lamp housing assemblies, power
& control assembly; ground-to-ground remote radiocontrol, and
air-to-ground receiver controller, including but not limited to
concrete foundations, cable installation and trenching; installation of
2 PAPI Systems at West Palm Beach, FL and Jacksonville, FL consisting
of 8 lamp housingassemblies, power & control assembly, ground-to-ground
remote controller including but not limited to concrete foundations,
cable installation and trenching and installation of a PAPI System at
Memphis, TN, consisting of 4 lamphousing assemblies, power & control
assembly including but not limited to concrete foundations, cable
installation, trenching and other miscellaneous workin order to make a
complete, commissionable system.--Estimated price range
$100,000.00-$250,000.00.--Estimated performance time is 95 calendar
days.--All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be
considered.--NOTE: This notice is for informational purposes for

Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged
Business Utilization (OSDBU), has programs to assist
minority,women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire
short-term workingcapital and bonding assistance for
transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to any eligible
prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program
enables firms to apply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to
$1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on
the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available
under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates
to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is
