The approximately 2400 sq. ft. building will be a manufacturer's standard prefabricated metal structure. The roof will slope approximately 1/4 inch per foot and the eave will be approximately 13 feet high. The walls will be metal studs with gypsum wallboard. The exterior will be brick veneer. The building will be cooled with an air cooled chiller and heated with a gas fired boiler. The pad mounted service will be fed from a manhole approximately 150 feet from transformer. The telephone system will connect via a manhole approximately 400 feet from building. Critical Path Method (Network Analysis System) is required.
