Y -- ROAD 17 RECONSTRUCTION SOL SOL R6-12-95-107 DUE 100295 POC Contact, Administrative Services, 503/750-7118 This project consists of constructing a number of Geogrid Reinforced Deep Patches and some realignment for road width through sections of sidecast excavation; 0.23 miles of roadway reconditioning that will pulverize asphalt pavement and reconstitute it back to gravel base with added 4'' lift of crushed aggregate surfacing, additional ditch relief culvert installations, waterbarring 0.10 mile side road, and asphalt mix patching of all deep patches, realignment and culvert installations. This project is located on the Siuslaw National Forest, Hebo Ranger District, Lincoln County, Oregon. Maps will be available. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work. Contract time is 40 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Government estimate is between S25,000.00 and S100,000. Estimated start work date is October 10, 1995. Bonding is required.
