Both outlaying sites are within 15 miles of Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas. This is an indefinite quantity contract. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, transportation and supervision to provide for and complete the installation of new roofing systems, the repairs, replacement and/or patching of existing roofing systems. To include all metal flashing, and roof penetration flashing at new and replacement roofing installation areas. Patching and repairs could include partial or a combination of any of the following roofing procedures: Patching of existing roofing, replacement of the existing roofing, installation of new type of roofing system, repair/replacement and installation of new raingutters and downspouts, roofing substrata, metal flashing, insulation materials and other incidental related work such as painting, welding and cutting and emergency roof repairs; with the work quantities to be defined in each work order. The work includes incidental related work. Minimum guarantee is $25,000. Contract period is 12 months. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, without further notice.
