(215)897-6492 It is the intention this solicitation to obtain disposal
and/or recycling services for concrete/asphalt and general
construction debris generated at the Aviation Supply Office,
Philadelphia, PA 19111, and the United States Mint 5th and Arch Street
Philadelphia, PA 19106 by way of an indefinite quantity contract. The
contractor shall furnish all labor material, supervision, equipment,
quality control, permits, tools and maintenance necessary to properly
load, transport and dispose/recylce materials as specified in this
contract. Please note the specific requirements listed in Paragraph
C.5.G of this contract concerning the loading of the material. This is
a one year base period with two (2) twelve month options. The proposed
contract listed here is being considered for 100% set aside for small
disadvantaged business concerns. Interested SDB concerns that meet this
criteria who wish to be considered in accordance with Public law and
Federal Acquistion Regulations should, as early as possible, but not
later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing to
the Contracting Office evidence of capability to perform (including
references for similiar with points of contact, telephone number and
contract numbers). Affirmative statement requesting set-aside action
and intent to bid and a positive statement of eligibility as a small,
socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. Even if you
have sent evidence of SDB eligibility on a prior socilitation file. If
adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns within 15 days of
this notice this solicitation will be issued on a unrestricted basic
