Description of Work: Furnish all equipment, materials, and labor to recondition two elevators to meet current handicap codes and to extend useful life. Provide fire service tie-in, new electrical branch circuits, new generator and feeders, emergency phone, and ventilation systems. Recondition motors, cars, hoists, etc. Provide maintenance service to elevators for 1 year after construction is complete. Network Analysis System will be required.
