Sanchez, Contracting Officer (520) 328-6123 U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground has a requirement for therepair/replacement of the HVAC systems in buildings 3519, 2096 and 504. The work includes but is not limited to demolition of mechanical and electrical equipment, HVAC, ductwork and accessories, installation of newhvac, new ductwork and accessories, system testing, balancing and electrical work. Work shall be completed within 210 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The SIC Code applicable to this requirement is 1711 with a size standard of $7 million. The magnitude of this project is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This requirement is being issued as a 100% small Disadvantaged business set-aside (see Note 6); however, in the event that BIDS are not received from responsible small Disadvantaged business concerns, the set-aside will be automatically dissolved and the acquisition will be completed on an unrestricted basis.
