Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and supplies required to remove the existing nurse call sytem located in Buildings 12 and 13 and then to install a new Rauland-Borg Responder III Plus Nurse Call System. Work will be perfomred at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Edward Hines Hospital, Hines Il. (Hines Il, is located approximately 13 miles west of Downtown Chicago). The contractor must be certified by Rauland-Borg to install Rauland-Borg equipment. All work will be perfomred in accordance with the specifications, drawings and all applicable codes and standards. Bid documents will be available after August 18, 1995, by written request to the Contracting Officer, accompanied by a refundable deposit check of $35.00. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit planned for August 29, 1995, at 10:30am local time. Bid opening date is scheduled for September 20, 1995, at 1:30pm local time. Estimated cost range is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. SIC- 1731, $7ML. Award is subject to a 90 day acceptance period. Award will be pending availability of funds.
