Furnish all labor, equipment and materials for the repair of five storm damage sites. Four of the sites are on or adjacent to Forest Service Road M-4 beginning approximately 38 miles west of Corning, CA. The fifth site is located approximately 30 miles west of Willowd, CA, on Forest Service Road 20N01, (Ivory Mill Road). Major items of work include, but are not limited to, the following: construction staking; clearing and grubbing; removal of logs and debris from streambeds; excavation and embankment; installation of fin core assemblies, installation of two culverts with elbows and downdrains; construction of one reinforced soil retaining wall; placement of crushed aggregate base course and hot bituminous pavement with curb; placement of riprap; grading and shaping; and seeding and mulching. Price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated issue date is 28 August 95 with a bid opening date of 28 September 95 at 2:30 p.m. There is a $15 non-refundable fee for special project specifications and drawings.
