The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office proposes to extend on a sole source basis the continued lease of the specialized air traffic voice switch and related equipment currently being provided by Frontier Communications of Minnesota, Inc., located at the Minneapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center. This contract will be for a base year and four one year options or until the equipment is replace through the FAA's competitive replacement contract. Included in this requirement is the maintenance of the switch, lease administration and technical support services. See Note 22. (0223)
