Qualified Products List QPL-25135-15 with any amendments apply. Penetrants and Emulsifiers required are Type I, Method D and Sensitivity Level 4. Proposed contract is a Requirements Contract with estimated annual quantities as follows: Penetrants 1100 gallons per year; Emulsifier 660 gallons per year. Proposed contract will include a Base Year for the period of 01 Feb 1996 through 31 Jan 1997 with two (2) one-year options to extend the contract period.
