The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, California intends to procure under other than full and open competition a modification to the existing Machinery Control Alarm and Monitoring System (MCAMS) for the USCG WAGB - 10, Polar class Icebreakers. The ADP software requirement for the development and maintenance effort is centered around the procurement of the Thompson Software RISCAda package. This package includes the compiler and tool set necessary to produce and install the required downloadable 68k series assembler instruction set for the proprietary existing MCAMS system.
