Vessels homeports are: RED WOOD: NEW LONDON, CT AND RED BEECH: Governors Island, NY. Vessels availability schedules are RED WOOD: 16 October 1995 for 11 days, RED BEECH: 20 November 1995 for 11 days. The place of performance is geographically restricted to Governors Island, NY. There will be a nonrefundable charge of $100.00 required in the form of a certified check or money order payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for requested drawings. All other referenced documents are available for viewing at Building 400N, Governors Island, NY. Funds are not presently available for this procurement. The government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contractual pruposes can be made. The proposed contract listed here is paart of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 11 Aug 95.
