DeYoung, (318)424-6084 Contractor to provide all labor, parts (new Phillips parts) and supervision to overhaul (Update) a Phillips Model MM150 X-Ray System. Overhaul is to include but no limited to: (1) Replace Image Intensifier. (2) Install New 525 line TV monitor. (3) Install a new camara tube if needed. (4) Install over and under table x-ray tubes. (5) Install new table top. (6) Clean the entire system and paint on-site. (7) Clean and update all bearings on overhead tube support Assy. (8) Replace components necessary to meet Phillips CCT. (9) Complete Phillips CCT Compliance Certification and Testing. (10) Provide a Full System Warranty for 12 months. Al work must be completed within 6 weeks from time of award.
