Wallace (504)862-2872 The Contractor will research, prepare, and furnish Interim Binders with chain of title on approximately fifty-eight (58) ownerships located within the Buffalo Cove section of the Atchafalaya Basin Floodway System in St. Martin Parish, Louisiana. These ownerships consist of approximately 986 acres. The landowner title research is needed by the Government for negotiations to acquire right-of-entry. Required delivery of the interim binders with chain of title shall be within forty-five (45) days of receipt of an ordering document. The Contractor will also provide updates to the above binders when required by the Government. This procurement is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside (see Note 1). The small business size standard is $ 5 million per year. Interested sources should make requests for this solicitation in writing within 15 days of this publication. (0223)
