This will be under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0154 with DELEX Systems Incorporated, 1953 Gallows Road, Suite 700, Vienna, Virginia 22180-3991. DELEX Systems Incorporated is the only firm possessing the necessary knowledge, personnel, and facilities to provide the Harpoon Anti-Surface Warfare Tactical Training Program in the required timeframe.
