Work will consist of design and construction of a complete and usable project to include all necessary site improvements, structures, roads and utilities, and demolition of fifty-three (53) housing units which will require asbestos and lead-based paint abatement. SPECIAL NOTE: Construct award will be based upon the offeror's technical evaluation, past performance and price. Price is not the sole determination in the evaluation for award. Construction time is 365 days after Notice to Proceed. Bid Opening is tentatively scheduled for 28 Sep 95. The applicable SIC CODE for this acquisition is 1521 and SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD is $17M. Estimated range of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
