The work includes repair and upgrade of six containment berms, installation of new tank secondary containment bottoms with lead detection capabilities on six above-ground storage tanks; replacing underground fuel pipes with above-ground pipes or double-contained underground pipes with leak detection capabilities; upgrade to three truck fill stands and storm water treatment facilities including storm water collection capabilities from the truck fill stands and tank containment berms, grit separator, pump, piping to existing tanks, carbon absorption units, and connection to existing station sanitary sewer system; and incidental related work.
