This includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of air handling unit face and bypass dampers and final filter rack assemblies, installation of duct volume dampers, airflow and waterflow modifications, rebalancing work, installing new motors and flow alarms on fume hoods, reprogramming HVAC heat control points and calibrating steam traps, and other related items. All work will be done in accordance with the plans and specifications. It is estimated that bid documents will be available on 8/28/95. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds. All requests for bid documents must be in writing. Solicitation packages will be limited to one per requestor and distributed on a first come, first serve basis up to thirty (30) copies.
