The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide the proprietary specifications for this item. This item shall be delivered to USCG Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC. 27909-5001. The Coast Guard intends to award on a sole source/limited basis to Sunstrand Aerospace, Rockford, IL 61125-7002, original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Written responses must be received not later than 1500 on 04 September 1995 and should include prices, delivery data, and technical data to sufficiently determine capability.
