708-252-2459, Fax 708-252-6256 News Brunswick Laboratory (NBL) intends
to purchase two rigid-wall design modular Class 100 cleanrooms, 12' x
16' x 7' -8' (interior height); with adjoining rigid-wall design Class
1000 or better modular 4' x 8' ante-room. The rooms shall have a
bottomless design which permits their placement on the existing
facility floor. Each modular room shall have a magnehelic pressure
guage (or the equivalent) to monitor air flow in the cleanroom and a
laser airborne particle counter suitable for the certification of a
Class 100 cleanroom. The counter to have 0.3 micron particle size
sensitivity and be capable of counting particle sizes in two different
size ranges simultaneously. The counter to be sufficiently portable to
enable the determination of airborne particle counts at different
locations within the cleanroom. The counter to have the ability to
test, calculate, store, and print counts-per-cubic-foot,
counts-per-cubic-meter, total counts, and Federal Standard 209E
calculations by location. The vendor shall provide (for one cleanroom)
an air conditioning unit which provides 12,000 BTU of air conditioning
and is installed by the vendor outside the cleanrooms. Interested
