The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) intends to acquire the following laboratory equipment which shall meet the following specifications: (1EA) Dual Beam, Multiple Trace, Analog Oscilloscope (and plue in modules). The oscilloscope shall have at least the following minimum specifications: an eight CM by 10 CM display CRT. Each vertical amplifier shall have at least the following minimum specifications: 75MHZ bandwidth. Volts per division range of 5 millivots to 5 volts. Trigger selection switch, channel 1 or channel 2. Display modes of channel 1, alternate, add, chop, and channel 2. DC or AC coupled input. BNC connector inputs for channel 1 and channel 2. Polarity inversion for either channel 1 or channel 2. (1 EA) Horizontal time base unit. The Horizontal time base unit shall have at least the following mimimum specifications: time per division increments of 10NSEC to 5SEC. A times 10 magnifier. An internal auto, internal normal, and external trigger selection. A variable threshold control for internal/external trigger adjustment. A BNC connector for external trigger input. (1EA) Horizontal Time Base Unit with Delaying Time Base. The horizontal delaying time base unit shall have at least the following minimum specifications: Time per Division increments of 10NSEC to 5SEC. Time 10 magnifier. An internal auto, internal normal, and external trigger selection. Variable threshold control for internal/external trigger adjustment. BNC connector for external trigger input. Delay modes of B starts after delay, and B triggerable after delay. Variable delay control. Trace separation for double delay. The power requirement is nominally 60HZ, 120 Volts AC. The environmental requirement is nominally 72 degrees at 50 percent humidity. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
