The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Albany, California, has a requirement for one thermogravimetric analyzer. The instrument is necessary for our research on polymer properties and characteristics. The TGA system must be designed to run from the TA Instruments' 2100 system controller which we currently have in our research unit. A solicitation is not available for this notice.
