System shall have characteristics equal to that of the ATA Defense Industries Inc., Location of Hit or Miss (LOMAH) system. System shall electronically sense trajectory of rounds relative to a two dimensional man or vehicle size target. It must be able to detect rounds fired from individual and crew served rifle and machine gun weapons with characteristics of and similar to the M16A2, M249 and M-2. System components in proximity to target shall work under inclement field conditions. These include moderate rain and temperatures between 20 degrees and 130 degrees Fahrenheit. System shall be portable. This is definded as requiring no more than 8 hours to fully emplace of remove. These actions must require no more than three individuals in order to accomplish. System shall be capable of being powered under field conditions in which commercial electrical power is not available. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered.
