70 -- MAINTENANCE SERVICES Due 083195 POC Terri Duvall, 703/883-8313 PRC, Inc. in execution of is Prime Contract No. 50-SAPT-00319 with the Department of Commerce, United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) hereby issue a sources sought with the intent to procure maintenance services for equipment as listed herein. This maintenance acquisition will be exclusively a Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated subcontract life, including options shall not exceed five years, commencing with the subcontract award date. The equipment to be maintained is as follows: there are a total quantity of eighty-one (81) LMSI Rapid Access Devices which consists of five assemblies; four Phillips LMS L4100, Worm optical dirves and a Technico TVC-3U8416-05M-40-D or Technico Rad-01 controlling processor system that rack-mount system that rack-mount in a 19 inch equipment cabinet. There are a total quantity of six (6) APS Cache systems which consists of two basic Aretecon enclosures; a processor enclosure and an external hard disk I/O enclosure. These are slide-rack mounted into 19 inch equipment cabinets. The processor enclosure includes a frame assembly into which is mounted a Sun Sparc 20, a CD-ROM drive and a 4mm DAT tape drive. The external I/O enclosure chassis assembly holds up to 6 high capacity Seagate ST15230,N SCSI hard disk drives. There are a total quantity of thirteen (13) Intelligent Controller Systems which consist of a SUN 3/160 CPU/12MG memory with SCSI controller, Xylogics 753 disk controller with a Hitachi DK815 disk drive, mounted in a 19'' rack. There is a total of quantity one magnetic RAD which consists of a SUN 3/160 CPU/4MB memory with SCSI controller, with quantity two (2) Xylogics 753 disk controller with quantity four (4) Hitachi DK5815 disk drive, mounted in a 19'' rack. On-site maintenance is required with a two hour response time and a 99.5% operational availability on all the equipment being maintained. All equipment is currently located at the US Patent and Tradmark Office in Crystal City, Arlington, VA and at PRC Inc. in Reston, VA.
