One (1) first article unit is required, however; first article requirement may be waived for contractors who have produced similar items previously. THIS IS A FIRST TIME PROCUREMENT FOR NAVORDSTA - NO PROCUREMENT HISTORY EXISTS. Delivery of the first article unit (if required) is required within 100 DAC and the production quantity is due 220 DAC.
