Wargame Support, J-8 is responsible for designing and developing seminar/workshop wargames to support the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff. The contractor shall support J-8 efforts by assisting in gaming technique expertise, analytic skills and technical writing for scenario development, model database research and development, and post game analysis of results. Application Procedures: The following is also added. Offerors are requested to submit proposals on individual potential topic areas (1 through 12). Individual topic area titles must be annotated on the submission. The suspense date for receipt of proposals is 5 September 1995, close of business. In addition, the following correction is noted in the second to last sentence of the original Broad Agency Announcement and should read..., Proposals received may be considered for award, however will not exceed a period of two (2) years from the date of this announcement.
