C -- ARCHITECT-ENGINEERING SERVICES - MULTIDISCIPLINE Sol F21611-95-R0006 Contact Point: Darcee Copus-Sabart, (612) 725-5596, Project consists of preparation of special technical studies/analysis and design documents to include building and ground alteration, maintenance, repair and minor construction. Contract will consist of multiple requirements issued as individual delivery orders/projects, with cumulative amounts of all projects not to exceed $250,000 per year. Each contract will be for a twelve month period with a twelve month option period. This agency reserves the right to make multiple awards. Firms must currently maintain a staffed local office within the seven county Minneapolis-St Paul metropolitian area. Selection will be based upon the following criteria which are numbered in the order of importance: (1) Specialized experience of the firm in the type of work required. (2) Professional qualifications of the key personnel that will be assigned to this effort. (3) Capacity of firm and subconsultant relationship to accomplish work in the required time frames. (4) Past performance. (5) Location of firm, key subconsultants and key personnel. (6) Volume of previous DOD awards during the last three fiscal years with the objective being to effect equitable distribution of contracts among those qualified. Firms wishing to be considered must submit three (3) copies of Standard Form 254 and Standard Form 255. Responses will be accepted until 4:00 P.M. local time on the the 30th calendar day from the date of publication of this notice. Should the 30th day fall on a Saturday, Sunday or U.S. Gov't holiday, the deadline is 4:00 P.M. local time on the next business day. This is not a request for proposal. (223)
