A sources sought synopsis appeared in the March 27, 1995 issue and no capability statements were received, indicating that Pitney Bowes is the only source able to provide this service. Equipment is located in the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania Social Security Data Operations Center - Mail Opener, Model #1250; Power Stacker, Model 3250; Sealing Machine, Model 6100; Inserter/Stacker Model 8318; Forms Conveyor Model 317A; Power Stacker Model 3200; Burster/Folder Model 8353; Production Mailers Model R150. Contractor shall provide on-call onsite maintenance service including all parts, labor and travel during normal working hours and emergency calls, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Preventive maintenance on inserters to be performed every million and a half cycles or every 6 months. Two (2) preventive maintenance inspections on all other equipment during June and December.
