J -- MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SERVICE AGREEMENT POC Contact Point, NANCY HOLDAWAY, (716)862-3444 The VA Medical Center, Buffalo, NY intends to negotaite with Buffalo X-Ray on a sole source basis for a time and materials service agreement on Philips Medical Systems (radiological) to include Diagnost 73, Maximus System, Super 70, Mammo Unit, Portable BV25N, 6/9 inch image intensifier system XTU6, and Tagarno 35AX cine analyzer. All concerns able to provide this service and interested in providing same, have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e., technical specs, brochures, price lists) for this crital maintenance. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competitive basis.
