The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for personal services on or about August 18, 1995. The proposed prersonal services contract is to provide Medical Records Clerk services to include handling of open and closed medical records; auditing and following-up with program staff; typing resident records; releasing medical records; complying with all state and federal laws, JCAHO requirements and the New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center policies and procedures; completion of minutes of admission, timekeeping and general receptionist duties. This is 100% Buy Indian set-aside under the Buy Indian Act, 25 USC 47. Bids will be sought from 100% Indian owned, operated and controlled sources only.
