The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Patuxent River, Maryland has a requirement for a five year Basic Ordering Agreement with McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems to provide engineering, logistics and technical support for the OH-6B helicopters. The services shall include engineering analyses, technical support, maintenance manuals and helicopter parts. McDonnell Douglas is the original equipment manufacturer of the OH-6B helicopter and is the only source possessing the technical capability, technical data and requisite knowledge of the helicopter. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information which shall be considered by NAWCAD contracts.
