shall provide all services, personnel, materials, audio visual aids,
training aids and travel and lodging to revise student course materials
and instructor teaching materials, and administer and teach the
required sessions for a course of instruction entitled ''Inspection of
Facilities for OSHA Compliance''. The offeror shall provide an
instructor team of a minimum of two and maximum of four qualified
instructors. This course provides personnel that are assigned
collateral-duty safety and health responsibilities with the program
basics from which they can administer division/district or FOA safety
and occupational health program. This training is also pertinent for
those field construction personnel that are assigned quality assurance
roles with corresponding safety and health responsibilities. Three
sessions will be taught in FY96. The sessions will consist of 36 hours
of classroom instruction. Course locations, dates and session numbers
are: Session 96-01, 8 - 12 April 1996, Cincinnati, Ohio; Session
96-02, 22 - 26 April 1996, Portland, Oregon; Session 96-03, 15 - 19
April 1996, Louisville, Kentucky. Option years FY97 and FY98 will be
established for two sessions. Technical evaluation criteria will be set
forth in the solicitation schedule to be issued on or about 01
September 1995. Copies of the solicitation shall be obtained by written
request without cost. One set of the course material may be obtained
from this office at a cost of $45.00 (non-refundable). Payment will be
made by certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to:
Finance and Accounting Officer, USAEDH. Telephonic requests will not be
honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be
considered by the agency. This is a 100 percent small business
set-aside. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement
is 8999. For the purpose of the solicitation, any concern whose gross
annual receipts over the past 3 years do not exceed an average of
$5,000,000 is considered a small business. Contractor must furnish
