Howe, (202)690-5552 The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of Civil Rights, intends to negotiate with Morrie Kraemer, P.O. Box 340, Cobb Island, Maryland 20625, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to award a contract to design and conduct training and technical assistance sessions on the use of teams to accomplish work for DHHS headquarters and regional offices. It is believed that Mr. Kraemer is uniquely qualified to provide continuity in this training. Mr. Kraemer is currently under contract to perform an introductory training session on the team building concept for managers. No solicitation documents exist. See Note 22. (0226)
