The project involves the replacement of exterior windows, the installation of new air conditioning in the cafeteria, the replacement of roofing, and the reinforcement of door frames in Building No. 1. Also, replacement of the roof on Building No. 2. Construction time is scheduled for 210 calendar days to substantial completion.
